Nick Metzler | Broker, Partner:
Nick Metzler was born and raised in a small town in Northwestern Wyoming where he learned the real estate business first hand from his parents & grandparents (whose company is still in business in WY after more than 50 years!). After graduating from the University of Wyoming with a business degree, he moved to Steamboat Springs to begin his professional life in property management. He quickly transitioned into real estate and has been serving buyers and sellers for more than 25 years.
During this time, Nick has earned multiple real estate designations and awards and is consistently in the top 1% of sales production in Steamboat. His most recent accomplishment placed him as one of Steamboat's Top Producing Sales Agent among over 300 Steamboat Springs area realtors. He has served on numerous community and professional boards which allows Nick to both serve his community and be aware of issues affecting Steamboat Springs. Nick is married to his childhood sweetheart, Tracy, and they are raising four beautiful children in the great community of Steamboat among friends and neighbors.
Jon Kowalsky | Broker Associate:
For over 20 years Jon has called Steamboat home; during those years he has been actively involved in real estate here in Ski Town USA; he's also worked with clients in Vail/Aspen/Summit County; his knowledge of those markets adds value to his approach in Steamboat. His membership on The Metzler Team adds further value - with a combined over 60 years of experience across the team in real estate here in Steamboat.Jon enjoys spending as much time as possible in the outdoors with his wife Julie and their lab rescues Biscuit and Cooper. When they are not in Steamboat chances are you can find them at the family ranch in Wyoming. He and Julie are avid cyclists and are the Race Directors for The Bear Endurance Cycling Series in Steamboat as well as strong supporters of animal rescues. Jon is a board member of the gO Initiative; a Colorado nonprofit that supports professional bike, skimo and running teams that develops programs for those interested in making serious, long-term lifestyle changes related to their overall health and performance. Born and raised in the heart of southeast Minnesota, Reall's journey in the world of real estate began with a solid foundation, grounded in the principles of hard work and dedication she learned from her family's agriculture business. She honed her skills and knowledge at St. Mary's University of Minnesota, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Marketing with a special focus on Psychology.Making her home in the vibrant community of Steamboat Springs, Reall has been a licensed real estate broker since 2006. Over the years, she has amassed a wealth of experience in real estate, property management, customer service, and even in national corporate sales and distribution.
